Foraging with Adele Nozedar

We are delighted to explore the Willow Globe and Willow Way with such an inspirational expert and enthusiast. Adele Nozedar is considered to be one of the UKs leading foragers. She is author of two best-selling books 'The Hedgerow Handbook' and 'Great British sweets and how to make them at home' and has been featured in both the Guardian and Times Newspapers. It is Adele’s aim to reacquaint people with the most useful and common edible wild plants and fungi which have been a part of our lives for generations and to enthuse children with the joys of the natural world.

This bespoke workshop will take us on a journey to discover which of Shakespeare's plants we can eat and enthuse us with the legends and mythology connected with plants and even touch on the plants restorative qualities.
